Coaching for people leaders.
In a world of coaching platforms and AI coaching, you're a line item in a CRM or reduced to a snappy AI summary.
You are more. More than a line item, more than your title, more than your LinkedIn profile, more than a tl;dr.
This Might Be You
If any of these sound like you, we should talk.
What Changes?
Leadership development work exists on two levels. The practical stuff you need to do and the internal shifts that make it sustainable.
The Practical
- → Run meetings people want to attend
- → Give candid feedback without damaging trust
- → Delegate in a way that develops your team
- →Make decisions faster less second-guessing
- → Navigate politics without loosing yourself
- → Build a team that needs you for the right things
The Internal
- →Bring clarity and commitment to your team
- → Speak with more purpose and less careful curation
- →Set boundaries to mitigate burnout with less guilt
- →Act from values rather than reacting to a situation
- →Navigate with savvy rather than from survival
- → Actually enjoy the role you worked so hard to attain
How it works
Coaching is highly personal. You have to find the right coach. If the vibe is right, we'll get to work. If it's not, that's okay too. I'll refer you to someone who might be a better fit.
The OMNI Coaching Methodology
OMNI is the methodology we use to turn that whole-human reality into sustainable change and high-impact leadership. Developing as a leader means working with how you think, feel, move, and recharge through a simple, repeatable structure. No silos, not by accident.
Client Stories
This work is personal and practical. Here's what it's been like on the other side of the work.
Time slows down during our coaching sessions. I leave each session feeling challenged, refreshed, and equipped with a new understanding of myself.

Questions
The stuff you probably want to know. If you don't see your question here, book a Fit Check to talk through your question.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is focused on helping you discover yourself and the path you want to take. If you're in a leadership role (or stepping into one) and you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're not showing up the way you want to coaching can help. Book your free fit check for a no pressure conversation.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on building the future. We'll definitely look at patterns and beliefs that formed earlier in your life, but always in service of what you're trying to create now. That said, I'm not a therapist, and if what comes up needs clinical support, I'll tell you.
What's the difference between coaching and mentorship?
Coaching is a structured partnership that helps you build clarity and shift patterns through questions, reflection, and experiments. Mentorship is advice and guidance from someone who’s been where you’re going, often focused on sharing perspective, playbooks, and industry context. In short: mentors give you answers; coaches help you find answers for yourself.
How long do people typically work with you?
Most engagements run for 6-12 months. That's enough time to create real, lasting change. But, some clients choose a shorter engagement. It all depends on your goals.
How much does coaching cost?
Each engagement is tailored to you and your goals. We'll discuss this during your Fit Check.
You can find out typical pricing below. Depending on if you add a 360 or a personality assessment, the total cost may change.
- Pay-as-you-go: $150/session
- 3 Pack: $300 total
- 6 Pack: $450 total
Will my company pay for this?
Typically, yes! Your company may have a personal development budget that covers coaching. In other cases, if coaching is part of your development plan the company will cover the cost for you.
Ready to talk?
The Fit Check is free. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. If we're the right match, great! If not, I'll tell you and point you towards someone who might be a better fit. I'm here to connect, not convert.
